Welcome back to another chapter of Letters from Liv.

This months spotlight shines on our unforgettable photoshoot in the heart of Paris. It was an experience that tested our logistical skills, made us realise how many items of clothing you can carry at one time, and how many croissants for breakfast is acceptable to consume. Paris breathed life into our new collection and meant that Lucky In Love was our most successful launch to date.

Huge thank you to Rebecca and Hollie for their time and effort spent on this trip and to my fabulous designer Jo for designing such a beautiful collection. My teams dedication and talent left me feeling incredibly grateful whilst the stress of the trip took hold. In the moment, Paris was smooth sailing, yet it still carried a hint of anxiety and stress for me. This was a reminder that good things often comes from discomfort. While our comfort zones are undeniably a lovely place to be, genuine growth and development comes from beyond its boundaries.

I felt a sense of accomplishment knowing that I’d overcome those feelings and challenges. If or when the time comes again for a shoot like this, I have all this evidence that it will be okay. A reminder for me and anyone reading this to push your boundaries and be brave.

After the whirlwind in Paris, I embarked on an 8-day Holiday to LA. I love going to new places and taking a break from D. Louise offers me a much-needed breathing space and time to reflect with Q4 coming thick and fast. LA is an incredible place but for me the culture shock of the homelessness put a sad cloud on our trip. I had no idea how bad it was out there and made me appreciate London even more.

Now, onto work updates. Our Head of Customer Experience, Caroline is starting an incredible new chapter of motherhood. To celebrate, the office girlies hosted a baby shower at Wild by Tart. The afternoon was full of good food and a lovely but sad goodbye (for now) to Caroline. With Caroline on a new adventure meant we have another new starter! The gorgeous Georgia all the way from Australia. She has settled in so well to the team and is a dream to have around.

I have exciting news on the product front - We’re introducing silver into our product line! All our customers have been asking about silver for such a long time and we have it launching very soon. I love constantly evolving as a business and a company. Our customers will always be at the core of what we do so I am excited to be able to offer this to them.
